The key focus of this study is to provide research evidence for the predictive model Entrepreneurial Orientation ? Firm Performance and the relationship(s) of the antecedent?s: Owner/Manager Biographics, Firm Demographics, External Environemnt, and Internal Organisation factors might have with a firm?s Entrepreneurial Orientation ? Firm Performance. Overall, the scales and subscales used in the study produced acceptable reliability coefficients. The results of the study confirmed EE, IO, Firm Demographics, and Founder/Owner/Manager Biographical data, as antecedents of EO. Closer analysis of the dimensions of FP revealed that Internal Process Efficiencies showed a small but significant, negative correlation with EO scores. Results further revealed that EO scores show a significant, high, positive correlation with EE scores.
