Kingdom Leadership

Leadership is an all-time important topic to mankind. Many homes, businesses and countries have been ruined for bad leadership. Because leadership problem concerns all men, different institutions have sought different solutions to it. I have over the years watched how business schools take a business approach; and how political schools take a political approach and how Church institutions take a spiritual approach - all to the same issue. The fact, however, is that each of the approaches, though relevant, is as limited as its purview. There is a need for a bigger view. Since every society ends up with the leadership it deserves, we all have roles to play in the type, quality and nature of leadership operating among us. It all starts with changing the way we see and operate leadership.
