Challenges to Peacebuilding: Managing Spoilers During Conflict Resolution

Focuses on "spoilers" to ceasefires and peace agreements - the groups and tactics that attempt to obstruct or undermine conflict settlement through a variety of means, including terrorism and violence. This work considers why and how spoilers and spoiling behaviour emerges and how they can be addressed.
