If you have been "called by God", shouldn't you expect that He is able to give you the words and ability to accomplish what He has "called" you to do?
When I see the Bible taken out of context, misinterpreted or deliberately misstated, I attempt to do in-depth research and dig more deeply into what the Bible says and what it means. The Bible is very clear that the "lesser things" are of more importance for people who are used by God than being of a higher social or religious status or of being more highly educated.
God is quite clear in many passages of Scripture, and through the example of Jesus, that higher education is not required nor is it necessarily beneficial for pastors and other ministers. Yet most churches ignore what the Bible says and require at least a college degree and many require a seminary education as well for their pastors.
That is what this book deals with. It is submitted with the prayer that we may present our convictions without becoming contentious, disagree without becoming disagreeable and do so with brotherly love. If what I write promotes a closer study of the Word, whether we agree or not, then it will have been profitable. Any searching of the Holy Scriptures, whether to prove you are right or prove me wrong will result in some measure of blessing.
