Stupid Is As Stupid Does

Just because you're married to a dummy doesn't mean you have to be a dummy. Just because you're surrounded by stupid doesn't mean you have to get stupid with them. Too many people live their lives hanging around the wrong people, ignoring a family member's bad behavior simply because he or she is family, and turning a blind eye to their spouse's foolish decisions in the name of love. Before long, they're just as dumb as the next guy or gal sitting beside them.
