Transforming herself into a gryphon is great. Transforming into a gryphon that does more falling than flying... not so much. Being transformed into the hope of the Empire... worst EVER! Krea's mentor, Sorin, is determined to help her accept her destiny despite her obvious lack of qualification... or enthusiasm. To be fair, the alternative ends poorly. Now all they have to do is figure out where the elves are hiding her friend Dane, rescue his little wizard butt whether he likes it or not and save the realm. No problem. If only the water wasn't attacking them. And the caves weren't trying to bury them. Oh. And would someone please stop sending assassins?
