Adventures of Beaver

This story follows the Adventures of Beaver, a young Puerto Rican in the heart of Bronx, NY in the 1980s. Growing up in an environment where you can be prey or predator, you find yourself as the prey and it is either fight or flight.... So the next thing I know I wake up in the Day Room in front of the Nurse Station, strapped down. "What the f***!" Every time I open my mouth I am stuck with a needle, and go right back to sleep. This went on for two weeks. All I remember doing is eating, sleeping, and getting shots to go back to sleep. One day they take me to the Dentist to wire my top teeth, because they are loose from the robbery.
