The Boys Who Write is a book of poems by five (5) male Jamaican young adults who have suffered countless heartbreaks, anxiety attacks, depression, addiction and poor mental health. Majority of these poems traverse the dark tales of these encounters and how they had become to feel at peace in the darkness and eventually how they fought to get out. This book of poems hopefully will open the eyes of readers to the fact that the daily fight with mental health is real and the slightest "are you ok?" can do so much to help such person.
