Not Just a Cleaner

This book will show you how to: The benefits of long-term planning. The value of budgeting. The significance of positivity and motivation. The impact of persistence. The basics of business, management and long-term investments. The importance of friendship and family. Often I've wondered how my life would've turned out if I started out knowing even a fraction of what I know today. And this is precisely why I decided to write this book - so that you do not have to go through everything on your own. Instead, you can read about my mistakes and learn from them, without having to suffer the consequences that I did. In this book, I will tell you my success story. I'll show you what my life was like back in Bulgaria and why I chose to travel abroad. We'll go over the initial struggles of living in a foreign country, and then we'll hop right on to business and investment. Please note that this entire book is based on my experience and personal research. My business journey was one of transformation. I have grown significantly, both in the personal and professional sense. I hope that, with this book, I can help you grow, succeed and achieve your dreams as well. All of this being said, I am still a firm believer in slow and steady changes. Just like you can't build an entire business in a day, you can't expect to change your mindset or personality overnight. So, I won't urge you to "change these ten things right away". I won't promise you "instant results". Instead, I'll give you something much, much more valuable. I'll provide you with perspective. But who am I and why do I know all of this?I am Antoaneta - a business leader, green living blogger, eco-friendly enthusiast and success mentor. Born and raised a small and picturesque Bulgarian village, I grew up to be an honest and hardworking individual. I married young and had my daughter while still in college. However, life in Bulgaria at the time was not all sunshine and roses. The economy was in a rough spot, and, a few years after my divorce, I found myself compelled to seek a better life abroad. I arrived in London with a straightforward and realistic goal in mind - I would build a better life for myself and my daughter. I'd get a stable job, bring my daughter over, maybe even start a new relationship. However, I didn't have a solid plan. I came here with nothing but the clothes on my back and barely £500 to my name. But I wasn't ready to give up, far from it. I wanted to pull through. No, I had to pull through. And so, I got to work. I spent some time working as a bartender, a cleaner and even a babysitter. Fast-forward a few years, and I was already working on setting up my very own business. A business that is still going strong to this day. My journey through life has been long and arduous, but along the way, I learned a great deal of things - about businesses, about myself and, most important of all - about the world at large. But here's the thing about success - the path from rags to riches is not all smooth sailing. Far from it - anyone will tell that you are guaranteed to face hundreds of problems and make quite a few mistakes. After all, that is to be expected you're learning from experience. I am not saying that this is the only way to live. Neither am I trying to tell you that this is the only path to success. I do not expect you to take my words of advice as "written in stone". Instead, I am hoping to provide you with one of the most valuable resources in the world - perspective.
