You Are Never Alone

'You Are Never Alone', 'The Power of White Magic', is written to encourage truth seekers to read the Bible in order to strengthen their personal relationship with God and believe in His magic. Jo describes the literary works of C. S. Lewis (Narnia), J. R. R. Tolkien (Lord of the Rings) and J. K. Rowling (Harry Potter), as parables of the Bible. The following passage is from Chapter One. "Within the pages of the Bible are the most amazing accounts of people witnessing the power of God. It's full of exciting true stories that include: talking animals, giants, magical plants, freaky beasts and even a dragon. Unfortunately, he's not a good dragon. They rarely are. Everyone wants to believe that magic exists but we have been led to believe otherwise. Somehow, we have been taught that the word magic can only apply to Black, Stage or Close-up. Where's the White Magic? Why aren't we talking about it? Why is it unacceptable to use the word magic in relation to God? On many occasions, I have prayed and opened the Bible to the exact message that I (or others) needed to hear. That's nothing less than the supernatural at work. There most certainly is an arch-enemy of all Black Magic, evil and cruelty on this planet. The events that happened in the Bible weren't fiction. The Bible is fact. It is a book about the ultimate superhero, Jehovah, and all the amazing stuff He can do: White Magic." This book is meant to inspire and challenge Christians to get in line with Scripture. Jesus left us with a job. Time to get out there and do it.
