Simone and Aliyah Mackey grew up on the nitty gritty streets of Berkley. Better known as the Docks. They are two young, beautiful, and smart girls who are on their way to becoming something more than a statistic. That was until some life changes took place. They learned early on, at the tender ages of 14 & 16, to get it how you can. They were told, forget about love and worry about keeping your pockets fat. Who would instill such ignorance in these young girls? No one other than Monica Mackey. Simone's mother and Aliyah's, stepmother. Monica was as heartless as they come and wanted to mold the girls to be the same way. They both fall victim to her teachings, innocently enough, because they don't know any better. It leads both girls, down their own path of self-destruction. Young Aliyah falls in the arms of a man that's old enough to be her father. With Simone, she didn't care one way or the other. If you had money to spend, you got some of her time. Luckily, all hope isn't lost just yet. These sisters encounter two men with no connection to the other, who may just have that touch, to finally bring some serenity in their lives. But at what cost?
