Making My Own Medicine shines a light on the idea that we need and want to cure ourselves when we have a dis-ease and bring ourselves back into ease and balance by understanding that a physical pain is the symptom but there may be other issues that are not purely a physical problem such as, I am worrying so much that it is causing me pain. Making My Own Medicine is expressing how the mind and body connection work together as a whole to support the total person that I am.
