The Amulet of Miraculous Reversal is a collection of High Fantasy stories. No werewolves or angels haunt its pages. In these stories we return to a time when the Roman Empire is collapsing, and the long night of the Dark Ages is descending over Europe. One group of people have fled to Tredegar, an island in the Bay of Biscay. There they find refuge from the barbarians that are pulling down civilization. However, the island is not without its own dangers. A haunted forest fills Tredegar's center, and that forest is home to ogres and trolls, sirens and fairies, and many other creatures such as dragons. One man, Garth Reese, struggles to keep his family safe from the creatures of the forest. This book is his saga and tells of five of his battles with trolls, ogres, sirens, magicians, and even a dragon. His only aid in his adventures is his magical appurtenance, The Amulet of Miraculous Reversal.
