Dust To Dust: justice and mercy exhibited in divine judgment

The traditionally accepted understanding of God's final judgment of unredeemed humanity is that of endless, conscious torment. This book demonstrates that the Bible does not teach the universal immortality of the soul (an idea stemming from Greek philosophy). Immortality, which according to Scripture, is possessed by God only, was bestowed on holy angels and will be given to those of Adam's race who trust in God's plan of salvation. God's final judgment of rebellion is consistently portrayed in Scripture as both just and merciful - an absolutely just punishment of deeds followed by terrible but merciful destruction.
