Big Me

This is a journey of a character that switched from being a victim (Small Me) to make it towards being a conqueror(Big Me) in a peculiar way. A story collated from a common, and yet different experience to showcase the need for you to deliberately look inward to find your winning. Everyone is responsible in all levels, personal, organizational and on societal stance, through our collective responses in combating challenges together. Meaning that we all see the same challenges in the different perspective, however form attack is directed towards our humanity. Therefore leadership dynamism is everyones responsibility. #WE ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE.
