Tired as HSP with dissociation

Everyone says he is tired from time to time. I don't have to say that. I feel tired every day. Now that I am 63 years old and making progress with my therapy, as HSP, I am discovering the causes that make me tired. An important cause is the presence of the mental disorders PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS in the family in which I grew up. The effects of my therapy also make me tired, as the repressed feelings and emotions of my negative childhood are released again. Other causes are my more sensitive senses. And just like for everyone else, in our world of about 7 billion people, it takes a lot of energy for me to process all my negative experiences. I draw my own conclusions and make my own decisions to make sure I have more and more energy. I have to do something for that. That doesn't go in an automatic way. As HSS, I will continue to try and experience, which will give me more and more experiences. If I deal in a conscious way with the causes that make me tired, I will have more and more energy.
