The Messiah's Curse

The only prisoner held within The Facility escapes and heads south to Tucson to retrieve a relic he hid years ago. Detective Joe Spinner is one year from retiring and is assigned a series of cases that makes him suspect Tucson has a serial killer. When the agency assigns him a partner, he suspects there's more to the killer than his partner wants to reveal. Little did Spinner suspect that he was investigating a criminal of Biblical proportions. What in the murderer's past drives him to kill? Who is MI and what is his connection to the killer? Spinner will need more than his skills as a detective to solve this case. He'll need something that is not taught at an law enforcement academy. He'll need faith.
