Kandee makes the decision to move to Dallas looking for a fresh start while trying to escape her past. However, things don't work out as planned her the most. On a chance night out with his friends, Mike crosses paths with Kandee. All Kandee wanted was to forget about Mike and everyone else who ever hurt her. Mike wants Kandee to forget what happened all those years ago so he could live happily ever after with his girlfriend, Simone. He's prepared to do anything he has to in order to make sure she keeps their secret, but he wasn't planning on meeting Lennox. Lennox is an ex-thug gone businessman, who hasn't lost his touch with the thug life. When he sees Kandee get knocked unconscious by a strange man, he wastes no time coming to her rescue.
