Rise of the Bridge Guardians

Kala Longwind is a 14-year-old girl, that loves to read. More specifically Norse mythology, where dragons, serpents, and unicorns ran wild amongst all-powerful gods. But when Kala and her little brother Ash, find themselves surrounded by these legends Kala and Ash are chosen to become the next Bridge Guardians. Protectors that guard the raw power of the Bifrost, something the gods have been protecting for thousands of years. Dark creatures crave that power, Kala, and Ash must not only find a way to survive their changing world, but protect the Bifrost, or risk losing everything.
