The Master of Himself
Emile Coue
Dr. Emile Coué, explains to us how we can do to improve our self-esteem and free ourselves from all those wrong mental habits that do not allow us to be happy. Coué presents, without intending to, the relationships between desire and its realization, as well as between desire and need, teaching us how, by ourselves, to obtain the well-being of which we are capable or, failing that, suffering, the face of the life of which we have also shown that we can build. Coué opposes, not without experience, to discomfort, something that is very important, I think, an account of this "preventing" suffering, by replacing the orders suggested to the unconscious, by new ones that try to fulfill our fundamental obligation, and the right, therefore, to "live" and "live well."
