Western starring Roy Rogers and George 'Gabby' Hayes. Brett Starr (Rogers) is mistaken for a notorious gunslinger when he arrives in Tombstone, a lawless frontier town. The corrupt mayor has sent for the hired gun in order to strong-arm the town into obeying his will.
Brett and his pal Gabby (Gabby Hayes), unaware of his plans, agree to help him restore law and order. As Roy begins to suspect the mayor's evil intentions, the real gunman shows up, triggering a final showdown.
