Canadian horror directed by Jen and Sylvia Soska. Aspiring fashion designer Rose (Laura Vandervoort) is involved in an accident which causes her severe disfigurement. When a plastic surgeon trials a unique stem cell procedure Rose's facial features are restored to normal.

However, she now has a thirst for blood and human flesh and her new desire is spreading a viral infection that threatens humanity.
