Incidental Characters

British romantic comedy written and directed by Benjamin Verrall that follows four characters in Lewes, East Sussex, all in search of connecting with that special someone. Aspiring artist Alf (Howard Perret) gains an internship with an independent publishing company run by Tony (Steve Watts), who has been divorced twice. As Alf gets to know the area he falls for another aspiring artist, Josie (Sophie Capasso), who works in a trendy gift shop.

However, Alf is too self-conscious around her and struggles to impress her the way he would like to. Meanwhile, Tony convinces himself that he has feelings for Alison (Isabella Marshall), his business partner.
