Vietnamese horror set in 1953 in which a young orphaned woman is employed as a housemaid at a rubber plantation in French Indochina. As Linh (Kate Nhung) commences her hard work in the vast, grand building, she begins to notice strange goings on within it. When she meets Captain Sebastian Laurent (Jean-Michael Richaud), the owner of the plantation, the two soon fall for each other and end up pursuing a passionate romance.
Linh soon discovers that Captain Laurent's late wife committed suicide due to loneliness and that their blossoming affair has awakened an angry spirit.
