Joan Armatrading
During her almost 50-year music career, Joan Armatrading has released 20 studio albums, as well as several live albums and samplers. Among them, "Joan Armatrading" is not, as one might suspect, her debut, but the third album, released in 1976 by A&M Records and recorded in London. It includes her hit "Love and Affection" and the hits "Down to Zero" and "Somebody Who Loves You", all produced and recorded by Glyn Johns, who perfectly highlights her soulful voice and talent as a songwriter.
