Copernicus
Not withstanding all previous reports of this Copernicus album, "Immediate Eternity II," having been previously released, it has never been released. Pre release copies over time may have been shared with various people, but this newly digitally re-mastered album has never been released or shared. There is the original album entitled, "Immediate Eternity," which was released in 2001 by Nevermore, Inc. "Immediate Eternity II" is a rerecording of the same lyrics and music by the same group of artists in a better studio after 25 concerts in Ecuador and considered by the high powers to be special and powerful enough to necessitate it's own release. All Copernicus albums must be appreciated by the time frame in which they were created. Copernicus is about one man's forty years of evolving philosophical thought expressed through words and music and recorded and shared, and Copernicus' mind is always evolving. From the fundamental visions of his first album, "Nothing Exists," released in 1984 to the intensely specific "Worthless!" of 2013, we are witness to a hard working dude dedicated to making some sense out of it all. "Immediate Eternity II" falls into the middle of that struggle. In "Immediate Eternity II," Copernicus definitively clears the path that would be followed in the upcoming 12 years. He is less angry than in "Nothing Exists" and "Victim of the Sky" and "Deeper" and "Null" and "No Borderline" but more secure in control of the wheel. What was necessary were the details that followed in the albums, "disappearance", "Cipher and Decipher", and "Worthless!"
