Paramount Blues Ladies

This 20 track compilation presents some of the lesser-known female vocalists recorded for Paramount from 1926-29. Most of the artists were from the South, and some were active touring the vaudeville circuits - some only performed in local clubs in their home towns, while others are only known for their scant recordings.
