Memorial Day is an Albuquerque 5 piece rock band that has been playing together for over four years. We have been called 'The Classic Rock Revival Band' and this may be the best way to describe us. If anything, our music feeds all those that love the classic and modern rock scenes. This CD has been quite a project for us. Between recording it at our highschool's pro-grade studio and mixing and mastering at a local professional it's been alot of work but a whole lot of fun. Our music is easy for almost anyone to relate to, (unless you don't like rock'n'roll). We take use of guitar solos, or even two at the same time, and raging drum fills. That is what you get when you listen to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, Nirvana, The Foo Fighters, A Perfect Circle, and Weezer. So, stop reading my bad writing and give it a listen! Thank you for supporting the project that has controlled our lives for the past few years. This project has inspired and opened up our minds to a whole new musical world. We hope you like it!
