Son Of My Father is the sole studio album by English pop group, Chicory Tip..
The album is best known for it’s title track which was No. 1 on the UK Singles Charts for three weeks in 1972, selling over a million copies. It was also notable for being the first the UK No. 1 to prominently feature a Moog synthesizer.
The album features two tracks (‘Son Of My Father and ‘What’s Your Name’) co written by legendary Italian producer, Giorgio Moroder, which became his first international hits.
Demon Records presents the album reissued on 180g heavyweight vinyl, housed in a printed inner sleeve.
