When Geraldo opened at the Savoy Hotel with his Gaucho Tango Orchestra, British dance music changed forever. After World War II, he organised bands for transatlantic P & O liners allowing young British musicians to hear modern jazz on 52nd Street. His 'strict tempo' dance classic compilations still thrill. 20 tracks including: - Eager Beaver - The Isle Of Capri - Gotta Be This Or That - If I Didn't Care
