Freedom
Freedom recorded the soundtrack to this film by Dino De Laurentiis in 1968. At this time the band was still a foursome (they later became a trio) led by drummer Bobby Harrison, veteran of early Procol Harum. Freedom, a British psych band, characterized by the prominent organ playing of Mike Lease, became a very popular live act during the late sixties-early seventies. This soundtrack showcases the band's excellent songwriting talent (resembling early Traffic at some places on the album) and includes 3 bonus tracks 'The Better Side' (working mix-single version) 'The Butt Of Deception' (working mix) and 'Born Again' (dry version). Miniature gatefold LP sleeve. Movie Image Entertainment.
