Sammy Davis Jr
Sammy Davis Jr. was far and away the greatest entertainer in the business, this little guy had it all...acting, singing, dancing, playing instruments, you name it. 'I Gotta Right To Swing' is a 1960 studio album by Sammy Davis Jr., accompanied by an uncredited Count Basie Orchestra, minus Count Basie himself. It's an invigorating mix of up-tempo swing and hard-hitting rhythm & blues. 'It's All Over But The Swingin' & 'Sammy Swings' are both 1957 albums arranged by Jack Pleis' Orchestra, Morty Stevens' Orchestra and the Sy Oliver Orchestra. In 1959, Davis became a member of the Rat Pack, led by his friend Frank Sinatra, which included fellow performer Dean Martin.
