After the 2009 reissue of DMX Krew’s classical track “Come to me", Permanent Vacation is very proud to present a four track EP with new material from Mr. Ed DMX. DMX Krew certainly needs no introduction. The man with the 1000 and one aliases (including Computor Rockers) has been releasing fresh electronic music in every variation for over 15 years now. First he appeared on Aphex Twin’s cult imprint Rephlex and later also on his own Breakin’ Records, which became one of UK’s first and most important Electro and Bass labels. Ever since his first steps he has had a sworn in fan base around the globe and this new release shouldn’t disappoint them at all. “The Game” is a great synth pop/new wave track in the best DMX Krew tradition with a massive Chicago bassline and Ed’s distinctive vocals, for which we love him so much. In the “Dance Mix” the original gets “electronised ” by Ed himself in a similar way as “Come to me” for heavy dancefloor action. The flipside sees two analogue boogie disco house tunes at the highest order to make this a remarkable release in the discography of DMX Krew and Permanent Vacation alike.
