The instant that God "created" a thing, there was a release of His power and control into the thing that was created. Something existed that did not exist before, and that created thing must have within it the power to remain. Without the release of power and control to the created thing, there was really no creation. It would not come into existence nor would it stand. The "thing" would merely be an extension of an existing thing i.e. God. If the thing created does not possess freedom from control, then it is merely an appendage of the creator. If creation is to be a genuine separate, stand-alone creation, then the created thing must possess a measure of both power and sovereignty. Therefore, every item in creation has a measure of both power and sovereignty by virtue of its mere existence.
