A time for laughter, a time for sadness, a time for joy, and a time for mourning. Jennifer is mourning over the lost of her husband, Don. Dying unexpectedly from a work accident, Jennifer is bewildered by her emotions and has decisions to make. After being in touch with Don's mother, she promises to have his body transported to Portland. There she is met by his mother and admired over her bravery in what she did for his family. Jennifer leaves quickly after and then returns to Los Angeles to face her demons. Being upset and crying over the lost of her husband, she now has to face the sightings of zombies. After she goes through a time of mourning, she is confronted and surprised by Don's brother, Brad. His purpose is to thank her and to pick up Don's items. After spending days with Jennifer he finds himself falling in love with her. Jennifer is bewildered by the resemblance of Brad to his brother and his looks are forcing her to fall in love also. After weeks of being together, they both decided to marry. Soon after, Jennifer becomes pregnant and her life prepares her for motherhood. During this time sightings have been increasing in Los Angeles and she can only pray that the zombies will not attack when she is pregnant. What happens next will surprise everyone and the feelings are mutual between Jennifer and Brad. The zombies continue and so does the adventure.
