Hop to Heaven

Have you seen ivy climbing high up to the top of a house? Hop plants can do the same. How high can they climb? If you had a long enough pole would they climb right up into the clouds and reach heaven? This story is about some hop pickers and a young girl called Anna who tried to get a hop to grow right up into the clouds. Her dreams are shattered when she is forced to marry someone she does not love, but must do it to save a famer and family who adopted her from losing their farm.
