Ex-military special ops Grover 'Greek' Adams is back in Houston for good. He is finally content with his life and happy to be close to his sister Gwen again after years of not speaking. A passion for helping others Greek opens a Private Investigation, giving him the golden opportunity to find the bad guys. What he does after that is his best-kept secret. Demetria 'Demi' McAllen is fed up with waiting for her fiance Kevin to set a wedding date for them to finally tie the knot. She loves him, but his time is up, so she moves back to her hometown of Houston to get a fresh start. Her love for helping others is displayed each day as she cares for the sick as a Registered Nurse. Not looking for love, she happens to meet Greek in the ER when she assumes that he is responsible for bruises on her patient's face. Later she finds out her assumption was far from the real truth and she takes him up on his dinner offer.
